Home care agencies deliver the care first and wait weeks to be paid for it. Payroll runs on money that hasn't been reimbursed, and that float limits every hire, every authorized hour and every market an agency can serve. The 65+ population will double by 2030, and families are already waiting months for care.

Eldrwand is payment verification infrastructure for home care. We connect the moment a caregiver delivers a verified service to the moment money moves. We start with a verification engine that checks every visit at clock-out.

Where this goes: once visits are verified reliably, payment can follow the verified visit instead of the paperwork. Same-day caregiver payment becomes possible and every Medicaid dollar is accountable. That is the direction, not what we sell today.

Where we are: pre-launch, building in Virginia, with a working prototype. Founded by Hanan Ismail, who ran a home care agency and did this reconciliation by hand first.
